Fast, Friendly, Excellent Service Key Bank is conveniently located near my daytime office. I can actually run in on my lunch break and be back at my desk in ten minutes, including driving time! The staff is always smiling and very friendly. They are well staffed, if there is ever a line, it moves very quickly. I use the free basic checking and bank online also. The Bank that Cares about You Would you believe me if I said that the folks at this bank care about their customers? Probably not. But from the first time I contacted this bank when I planned to move to Ohio to the present day, I cant say enough about their excellent Customer Service. Before I even moved here, they helped me set up my accounts and transfer them from Pennsylvania to Ohio, painlessly. Need Calculators This bank is not very user friendly and the checking deposit slips aren't always that accessible. They also don't have calculators which I enjoy when I go to a bank. The service is friendly though.
