It took over an hour to create an account for me. This was mostly due to data entry errors (they mixed up my social security number and phone number even though they are different formats, email was spelled wrong, etc), and we had to start the process from scratch at the half hour mark. The process was painfully slow, and when I walked out I didn’t have confidence that account was created correctly or that I would receive my debit card.
This is ridiculous! I can't believe the lack of customer service here. I waited in line for a whopping 30 minutes, only to be met with a teller at the drive-through who seemed completely disinterested in helping me. And to make matters worse, there was only one teller actually working! It's about time Key Bank considers closing this branch and turning it into a Starbucks. The entire staff is incredibly slow, and the manager acts like they're hand-picked to walk around the branch like some sort of elementary school principal.... read more
