I have had a account there for a few years and really couldn't say anything bad. I have been treated very well with the women who work there when ever I had questions. Now after saying that there was recently a block put on my account because they thought someone had tried to use it but the problem was that they didn't inform me. Tried to use it Fri and my card was rejected called the band and they said explained why . I just wish I had been informed.. still a great bank
Every time I walk in, they be welcoming me with a big smile and hello they are really nice and really friendly. The lady who helped me to open a checking account she is so sweet answered all my questions she was so patient add on that I one time came with my wife and I had to leave for an issue so my wife stood in the bank until the next available appointment and because she was waiting for a little while. The staff over there gave her some coffee and chocolate and that just made me go crazy and love this staff more and more... read more

I don't know, the fact that the ladies that have waited on me are professional, and extremely nice is a big plus for me! New to Olean. Well, this is going to change. I had a new person. That's fine. She kept snapping at me. I thought I was being kind, etc. Im not going to go through her line. Ugh.
