Horrible bank. Went there 3 times the manager was never there. The teller said that they would pass my information down to them. Each time they never called. They were are always short handed. One teller asked the other teller where is the other one he replied "who knows ". I've had to take my business elsewhere. It's well worth traveling all the way to the downtown Tacoma branch. Olympic dr. Branch is incompetent.
The staff at this branch are wonderful, always super helpful and go out of their way to make things as easy as possible!
Steve Zilkey BENT OVER BACKWARDS to get an issue resolved. I am highly impressed and extremely pleased. I recently made the switch from Columbia bank when they changed the umpqua bank. My Key Bank experience has been great. I am absolutely happy with the decision I made to switch banks to Key Bank!!
