Love that bank but wish I could have one close to me in indiana like lawrenceburg or aurora especially when I have a difficult work schedule as well to get stuff done.
The staff at key bank went WAY above and beyond what I would expect as good customer service! They took the time to reach out to me, helping me to avoid what could have been a huge issue. I can't thank all of you enough for everything you do!
If you have elderly family members banking here, move them to a credit union ASAP. There is ZERO fraud detection at this bank, and ZERO assistance from the bank when fraud is discovered. Elder fraud is very real and Key Bank is only contributing to the problem via their neglect and disregard. How dare you with this canned response you posted below? I really like banking with key bank. They seem very customer focused.
I have been with Keybank for many years. I’m old school, I like to have my bank statement in hand. I have not received a statement for the past two months. Can’t balance my account without a statement. I will probably be going elsewhere very soon. Poor customer service to say the least.
