Okay I don't even know where to start, this bank could be good if things worked on a consistent basis. You never know when the ATM is going to be down or you never know when it's going to be working and then decide to take your money which you have to wait to get back when that error happens. Secondly, the app sucks. When it does work its ok but it doesn't work most of the time. Customer service at this location is quite frankly a joke, I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. If I could give this a negative rating I would. Followed up with an email and never received a call back to discuss issue, obviously it's not just the Harrison branch that has customer service issues. Highly disappointed in this company

Love that bank but wish I could have one close to me in indiana like lawrenceburg or aurora especially when I have a difficult work schedule as well to get stuff done.
