If I could give zero stars I would. Went in this bank as I needed an actual bank instead my online banks ( over 10 years-no issues) because I would be coming into large sums of money. Savannah, the personal banker, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I explained that I have had multiple identity theft issues and brought in the paperwork from the police reports, IRS and other agencies I even provided my SS card, valid DL and a second ID. The EAST WINDSOR Key Bank branch IS THE WORSE! Teller "Evie" is RUDE, NASTY, AND LAZY! She get this from the "personal BULLY BANKER, Norman Jones, or shall I say the wanna be bully?" Norman Jones uses his connections within Key Bank to DISCRIMINATE against customers of different racial backgrounds, along with people that SPEAK THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW POORLY RUN THIS BRANCH IS! Norman and Evie, NEED TO BE FIRED, OR JUST CLOSE THE BRANCH!

Thieves. You're really going to keep my $7k+ for 7 days? Who does that. Thieves, that who. Next time somebody deposits a check, please let them know you will be holding it hostage for 1 week so they don't use that money. Especially right before Thanksgiving. OMG all your reviews are negative.....how are you all still in business?

I've banked with Key for many years. I went into the 71ST branch one day and got a well warm welcome from the teller "Jordan" She is very professional and always treats me nice. She has a big pretty smile on her face all the time. Been going there ever since even though it's out of my way. Lyle Lepper

Warrensville location is very racist this man in there profile on how you get your money pick & choose what race they would let withdraw money. The manager was terrible making excuses on my brother withdrawing money he was very much no help treated my brother a black male like he wasn’t sh&t. They need to be trained on how to talk to people and the things they say but when a white man come in there treated way better.If I can give this location a negative 0 I would

Go to the Port Angeles Branch for good service. The Sequim branch has a constant turnover and the employees are rude. They are not consistent with their policies and I’ve had multiple issues along with hearing others complain about the same. This is why I’ve primarily done online banking for the last few years. Nobody ever has these problems with the port Angeles branch, so I’ll just go there even if the drive isn’t as convenient.
