Yes, this is my second review because I am this upset with the business! Do not file your taxes here! Very condescending employees! I will be reporting to the IRS and the City of Chicago, or whoever I need to do they can investigaste this lack of professionalism!
Laura Aguilar is very unprofessional! She filled out taxes with a bad demeanor, but despite that fact we still filled with her. She made a mistake, and will not help nor explain it to us. It’s been over 3 months that we filled taxes and my sister still doesn’t receive anything! On top of that, she does not answer our calls any longer. Do not file your taxes here! You’re better off doing it through Turbo Tax.
