I didnt even want to give them 1 star. My house burned down I lost everything including my nephew. My car keys got burned up no one had an extra key I had to buy another key. My ac dont work my sunroof leak and all.they still want give me a couple weeks to pay my car payment even though I haven't been to work in amonthbecause of the fire. This manager didnt want to hear anything i had to say. They dont help there customers like they say they do.
If I could give them a negative star I would!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I DONT HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM!! My credit is fine.. But my wife made the HUGE mistake of dealing with this HORRIBLE company. .. she actually had he payment. But due to her catching Covid and then having a baby while having Covid she was in the hospital... they actually told her that they would wait for her Friday.
