Great location, sauna and cold plunge were awesome
I had a great experience at Key to Health using the Contrast Room and Red Light Therapy. The contrast therapy left me feeling refreshed and recharged, and the red light session helped ease muscle tension and gave my body an overall sense of calm. The facility is clean, well-designed, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Michael was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning!

Key to Health is my ultimate one-stop shop for all things health and beauty – seriously, this place is a hidden gem! Dr. Robertson is phenomenal. He takes his time, listens intently, and genuinely cares about your well-being. His cupping, acupuncture, and chiropractic adjustments have completely changed the game for me – I always walk out feeling like a brand-new person.
