I went to Key to Health for the Contrast Room and Red Light Therapy and had a wonderful experience! I was acquainted with the room, which was well equipped with a powerful sauna and great cold plunge tub. The red light therapy was a new experience for me and the receptionist made sure I was comfortable using it, explaining how long I should set it to and how to posture myself under the light.
