This place is my new favourite spot!! I LOVE the hot and cold therapy plus red light -- I feel incredible after each session. If you want to rejuvenate yourself - this is the place to be!! Thank you so much 🙏🏽 looking forward to my next visit!
The whole place is very clean, staff is friendly, flexible and accommodating. Has everything you need in one place to use your physical health work benefits at. Highly recommend contrast therapy. Will definitely be coming back consistently!
