I had a terrible experience with Key Point Tax and would highly advise anyone looking to use them to do some research. I did not and realized too late how unprofessional and incompetent they were. I met with Catherine in early March to get the jump on my small business taxes. She took all my information and said she would be contacting me within a week or two. I never heard from her again. Tracy was a life saver! I can't thank her enough. I hadn't filed in over 5 years and was lost and worried. I basically put it all in her hands right at tax time. I can't imagine her workload. She is a true professional! I was prepared to to pay more for her services because of the years I neglected it. I was very pleasantly suprised at the reasonable charge. i have a special needs child. Catherine Mathews was awesome, i have used her for years. She got my child some slap wrists bands, played music on phone for her, catered to her every need and thanked me for bringing her in. It was a speedy process and she was wonderful and kind and went above and beyond. Great person at a great place!!!!
I would not give any stars if it would let me. This lady came referred by a close family friend that had done business with her for a long time. I thought I was in good hands with dealing with a tax situation with the IRS due to my taxes being improperly handled by another tax preparer. We have been a client of Catherine's for many years and trust her greatly for filing our yearly taxes. We moved over 60 miles away and still only feel comfortable with her after trying another CPA closer to us on one occasion. It just wasn't the same, so we went back to where we knew we felt best with Catherine. Linda at the front desk is very warm, welcoming, and professional as well. I highly recommend Key Point Tax as you will be treated like family and not just a number!
