Absolute worst experience of our lives working with key homes. What was supposed to be the most exciting time for us as a couple getting our first home, quickly turned into a nightmare. As soon as our home was delivered the problems began... the siding was the wrong color. But it didnt end there. They took weeks to even come to our home to work on it and I cant think of one time they came and didnt make a mistake. Mistakes that they didnt come to fix for months might I add. We stopped in a couple times and finally made an appointment to sit down and go over a floor plan with Kyle and his Boss , they said we would be contacted with in a week. We waited 2! Weeks and I called in , Kyle no longer works here , give me name and number and house plan and we will get right back to you. No call. After 1 month wife emails them. 2-3 weeks later I get a call and he said I see you there was a contact me msg in reaching out to you. Sry you are about six weeks too late. 0 stars.
