I ordered a pair of insulated bibs Overalls 4th of December, and paid shipping to receive them in 3-5 business days .I have called the customer service women was very rude told me a week ago my order was in Kansas City. Which there tracking shows they are still in Fort Scott Kansas waiting to be picked up by carrier would really like to cancel order and get my money back, very poor company to do business with.
Edit: I do believe your response, however I am happy to send some correspondence to you from Danyelle, she may need some retraining in customer service. But overall I'm glad we were able to get this resolved thanks to Crystal. Would be 1 star, but thankfully they have an actual decent human working there who took care of me. Their customer service (outside this one awesome exception) is pretty abysmal. Be wary before you buy, the accounts page is non-functional, their order cancellation policy is 'we don't accept cancellatio... read more
