Horrible service!
My husband order bib overalls online per your size chart. The bibs didn't fit. We've been trying to contact you to get an exchange and haven't had any luck with a response. Key used to be a great company. Maybe this will get your attention since the emails and phone calls haven't worked. I've used the contact info listed on your website. Since the overalls are 6x too big. The tags are still on them.. They're still in the packaging you sent them.
Since your online submission for feedback on new Aristocrat jeans will not work I will place it here. NOT DESIGNED FOR BOOTS or at least work boots!!! Purchased these jeans to support a midwest company with the expectation they had done the proper research and development to deliver a product that matches the needs of the consumer. Unfortunately, Key has failed with the new line of jeans, particularly the Lakin slim fit jeans. The jeans barely fit over my Double H boots and once the slide up they will not fall down. I ordered a pair of insulated bibs Overalls 4th of December, and paid shipping to receive them in 3-5 business days .I have called the customer service women was very rude told me a week ago my order was in Kansas City. Which there tracking shows they are still in Fort Scott Kansas waiting to be picked up by carrier would really like to cancel order and get my money back, very poor company to do business with.
