I recently visited Genie for my Trichotillomania condition (excessive hair pulling - hair and eyelashes), this is something I've been doing since I was a baby and it's got worse over the past few years. Genie was absolutely amazing, she was able to sympathise with how this was affecting me as she had the same condition herself. It's been over 3 weeks and I've not pulled my hair or eyelashes once, which seems like a miracle! I can't recommend Genie highly enough.
Working on self love and self esteem plus a few other things and on the first session working on self love I did something huge that I couldn’t break for years. The journey to self love is never ending and life experiences tend to test it but genie was able to help me questions things that need to be done in order for me to be the best version of myself.
