Very disappointed in Key Hearing. But Hearing Aids less than a year ago, and they’ve already closed up. I’ve tried to call them two different times and been by the office and it’s closed for good. I left a message. No one has contacted me. I called. The number that was on their door and it was during working hours, and they did not call me back. They’re trying to pull one off on all of us that have warranties with them.
Why doesn't Christine work there anymore
Very good experience with Christine. She explained in detail how to use and care for the hearing aids. Pairing the hearing aids to my smart phone was easier than I expected. Plus, adjusting with the phone is a breeze. Christine is very knowledgeable, easy-going, with no-pressure sales technique. I would highly recommend anyone needing hearing aids call Christine at Key Hearing.
I have visited other hearing aid facilities in Lafayette but definitely prefer Key hearing. Very professional and easy to work with. Christine is great!
