So your company took 1300 dollars from a widow of a US army veteran for a set of hearing aids which will not charge leaving her without hearing. She lives alone ,and this situation you put her in is dangerous. We are aware of your staffing problems but I am sure you could transfer staff from Carmel store to accommodate the people you took money from. I just love Christine! She worked with me to find the best type of aids that I was comfortable with. I have been through several hearing techs with another company in town,there was always a different tech every time I went, that was not familiar with my case. Christine is the only tech I've had at Key. She is very personable, friendly and she knows her job! If I saw her at Kroger we would know each other and chat I'm positive of that! I'm very happy with the service at Key that Christine provides! Thank you!
My father sees Christine at Key Hearing and there is a night and day difference in what he could accomplish before visiting and after! Very caring staff, knowledgeable, and kind to an older gentleman who might be a bit set in his ways and struggles to accept his new reality of needing hearing assistance. Highly recommend!
