Salter vs Hamiter case law. Read it! I feel this office goes on feelings not law. They told me they went by what title company says to do. Closed a house on May 11 and May 28 they want me to sign a deed after they said I did not own the home because I didnt record the deed which is not required in a timely manner unless you have a mortgage. Very disappointed with the process.

This law Farm contacted me for an old debt between myself and my ex-husband. They started garnishing wages out my check when I didn’t even get the Cory paper and had been moved out of town without my consent.. didn’t really know who was garnishing my wages when I called and the lady over garnishment keep sending ppl to the voicemail like ppl can afford to have 25% of their check taken from them..
