Unfriendly staff
I recently purchased apples from this Key Food location, and unfortunately, they were all bad—soft, bruised, and not fresh at all. I had to throw them away the same day I bought them. I usually expect better quality produce from this store, so this was very disappointing. I hope they pay more attention to checking the freshness of their fruits.
Today I went into Key Food to grab a few items. My car is currently in the shop, so I requested delivery. At checkout, Marlene the cashier asked if I wanted to take the ice cream and eggs with me. I told her I’d take the ice cream but didn’t have room under my stroller for the eggs. I just received my delivery and not only are 5 eggs missing, but the remaining ones are completely cracked.
