This Key Food is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine walking into a grocery store and being told you have to leave your personal bag at the front like it’s some kind of security prison. Excuse me? That’s my property not your business. It’s insulting, unprofessional, and makes customers feel like criminals before they even shop. There are plenty of other grocery stores that don’t treat their customers this way, and trust me, I’ll be taking my money somewhere else. Shame on you, Key Food.
A little pricy but convenient for the elderly in the neighborhood. The manager, the supervisors and all of the workers/staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a really nice place and they have a variety of options including freshly made sushi and a deli that’s open until 8pm now. Absolutely unacceptable experience. My father accidentally left his wallet on the counter after paying, and when he returned later, it was gone. There was no one behind him in line, which raises serious concerns about possible staff involvement. When I called the store to ask about the security footage, the employee hung up on me. When I went in person, I was refused access to a manager or owner, and staff members kept changing their stories about being able to rewatch security footage, saying their cameras don’t work after ... read more
