Trying to get someone to answer the phone or respond to my emails over questions and concerning issues is quite irritating. I've lost count how many calls I've made that went unanswered even when I left voice messages, emails I send never get responded. I do not know if its the lack of employees or if everyone being too busy.
I have nothing but great things to say about Key Financial Services. Thank you for Financing my 2nd car. I purchased my first car in 2011 and when I was ready to purchase my 2nd car in 2018. I contacted Key Financial Services and told them I was looking to purchase another car. The process was so quick and easy. I was not given the run around. They were straight forward and honest. Dishonest and fraud financial scammer. Well owner, can you swear to God that you are/were never dishonest and fraud while operating Key financial services and the same location of used car dealership?
Great customer service. The only Finance Company that was able to finance a vehicle for me considering J1 visa sponsor unlike others that require a 1 year income from a job.
