Fast and courteous service!
What is wrong with the staff at this place? I missed my appointment and went there a few hours later. The office was completely empty (no one came in during the entire time I was speaking with the staff member) yet she still refused to give me my keys. Aren’t appointments meant for managing busy times and crowds, not for refusing service when the place is empty? Is the point of appointments to help regulate things, or just to give staff an excuse not to work?
