Hello – I would like to share my experience at Key Cycling, which was incredibly positive. Gerald and his staff are very friendly and attentive and has done a great job at helping me select the right bike for me and my wife. I would like to notify that there was a change of ownership, a year or two ago, which explains the poor reviews of the past. We rented two bikes yesterday. Very nice shop and the guy who helped us was very friendly. The Felt bikes were really well maintained and comfortabel. We got a lock and were asked if we wanted helmets. We asked if he had tips for us, he showed it on a map and we had an amazing time in key biscayne because we followed the bike trail he showed us. First biked in the centre were we saw multiple mansions, then went south. we saw a lot of lizards, iguanas, a raccoon and butterfly. After that we went north wich was also amazing. W... read more
We rented hybrid bikes here and had a great time! First of all, their bikes were really good and well maintained/tuned which is great! Their rates are also very competitive. The owner didn’t even want to charge us for the full amount for a full day even though we exceeded our time, until I insisted. Highly recommend!
5 stars or more for this shop. I was outside when they opened at 10am with my bike in need of repair. The owner grabbed his tools and fixed it in 10 mins on the bench outside while his colleague was bringing all the rental bikes outside. I went to pay and he waved me off for free. Great service!
This is my go to shop for any concerns with my CANYON Endurace! Frank (El Gallo) and Gerol are just amazing individuals... Giving outstanding customer service is their main focus. I don't trust anyone with my bike but this shop! Thank you for your expertise Key Cycling!
