Kapri is the QUEEN of customer service--she made buying new phones and switching service providers, which is usually a super stressful and costly experience, easy and fun! Thorough, efficient, and committed to ensuring you get a great deal without any surprise bills. She treats you like a friend, not some random customer just helping her get a paycheck. Couldn't recommend her more (Costco is lucky to have her even though she's totally dominating their business) 👏🏼
