Poor customer service. If you say you are going to call someone back and you go through the trouble of taking a name and number, have the decency to return the call so I don't have to drive there just to be told we are out of stock.
Very knowledgeable people about your pool. Lots of advice and products available. I take a sample of my pool water to them when I want to start up in the spring, and they give me all the stuff I need to get going for the summer.
