I had an extremely concerning experience with this IV service. I sought care while actively ill and was given an IV that I did not specifically request and that did not improve my condition. In fact, my symptoms worsened shortly after the appointment, and I ultimately required further medical care. Despite this, the company repeatedly dismissed my experience as mere “dissatisfaction with results,” which is not accurate or acceptable given what followed.
