Rude and Unprofessional Kewl change the itineraries at will and cut short the time spent on day trips. When trying to cancel a trip, each person I spoke to was rude and refused to refund my money citing that it is against their "refund policy' which they never provided to me in the first place. I have spoken to other people on their trips and they complain about similar experiences with Kewl. My reccommendation is to use other bus companies. I have never had any problems with Kline or Wolf for all the years I have used them.
