Dealing with Keweenaw sauna's has been nothing but a nightmare for us! We ordered a sauna that was delivered 3 months past due! And then when we finally had it delivered we received a sauna that was built from green wood. The caulking never set up correctly in the sauna so we had caulking that ran down the walls and windows which caused the windows to separate from the frames.
