I came to my appointment only 5 minutes late and the office took 10 ninutes to sign me in. I filled out paperwork for another 10 minutes and after that the office tells me that Dr spears left!!!! What do you mean left?? Its 1pm in the afternoon. They told me I was his last patient and that the office is open for other doctors. Don't you think waiting 15 minutes or at least calling the patient is a normal common courtesy? I took time to drive there for 40 minutes, look for parking in Brooklyn, and then show up to fill out pap... read more
