Horrible. It's been 2 yrs, no phone calls, no update, whenever I do reach out, same story and someone will return my call, then here we are two years later, still no current update. Usually you get a dude 3rd party receptionist or "Oh, looks like Kevin has your case and he's out of the office" By far the worst decision to come here. I was hit by another vehicle, my insurance went up due to this accident, yhe insurance company told Mr why my rate has went up. However, called company and company told me that it wasn't true.
