Horrendous, run as fast as you can. Seriously... Dealt with this company for weeks on end and could not get an answer from underwriting was the story over and over. Noone at the office would contact me back. I personally made a trip to see Kevin after none of the other employees would help me. After seeing Kevin still took about 2 weeks to receive any info on loan approval. Simply unreal!
