A very similar experience to Will D. Constantly failing to communicate effectively or frequently enough, none of them care and it's reflected in inadequate customer service. They got the job done but very glad to be done with them.
Rory, Laura, and Caroline were a pleasure to work with. I instructed Kevin Lane & Co with the conveyancing on my house sale and onward purchase.
