I've beat a jury trial with this man so did my brother and he got my other brother a very good deal and 2 associates I know as well. Nobodies perfect you can't put your freedom in anyone ones hands some people think due to them being lawyers their just suppose to win your case it doesn't work like that especially you're not their only client they have soo..much against them I think Kevin is good do a are few other attorneys that I see actually put the work in nothing not just handed to them
I've known Kevin for years & hes represented me on several occasions. I've had nothing but great outcomes from his ability in the courtroom. Granted: every case is diffetent, every defendant is different & every Judge / Jury is definitely different. A positive outcome is ALWAYS Kevin's intent but each situation is different. Worst lawyer ever. He didn't call any witnesses for the defense. My brother was kept in the dark about his case for 3 months.I had to keep calling him to get him to go see my brother and discuss his case..Poor job done on his part.
Kevin took the time to understand our case and gave us all the information we needed, along with possible outcomes. He was honest about what could happen and what may not happen. Although it was hard to get in touch with him at times, he always responded to emails and phone calls. Would return to if future services were needed.
Worst lawyer ever. Please don't waste your money. Get someone that actually knows what they are doing. I wish there was a way I could give him zero stars.
