The service was amazing and the staff were so friendly! Highly recommend.
Absolutely joke.. , wife was given a voucher.. went in to buy products with it... O no has to be spent on the spa... no,doubt to get you in to spend more money on their overpriced products afterwards. A voucher is a voucher they have the money and shouldn't make a difference where in the shop it's spent.. staff not overly friendly ether. Dont waste your time or money here. Do not recommend at all.
Underwhelming experience. Attended this location for a half day package with my sister which was unfortunately disappointing. Was made to sit up in awkward position pushing and holding myself up for long periods whilst therapist scrubbed me and then applied mud whilst trying to hold a towel over my chest. Washed down with a shower attachment then left in air con under a wet towel for duration of second treatment. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Luxurious vibe, clean facilities, probably the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had, friendly staff at reception. Definitely would come back!!
