I love the services but the Wolf blass Sparkling is a bit cheap for a top Spa In Perth.
My wife came into today to get a massage, and it was the worse massage she has ever had. I am so disappointed as this was a gift voucher I got for in the amount $230. If I had known the service would be so poor, I would have got it for another day spa. She complained to the girl on the front desk but there was no care factor. What a total rip off! Literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. I have been to Keturah before but have never been so disappointed! The standard has slipped big time. My husband gave me a bday voucher for massage & facial. The lady was lovely & kind but literally just rubbed the same areas over & over & over to the point where it became annoying. She didn’t pay attention to the areas I asked for or tailor the experience to suit my needs at all. My arms weren’t even touched! The ‘facial’ was just cheek circles.
