Deep tissue is great if you don't request hard. You might end up with bruises if you go hard. I found medium to be great.
Went there for a deep tissue massage and wasn't sure what to expect. Jane was an amazing masseuse. She worked my shoulder, back, and legs. One of the best massages I have had. I will definitely be back.
Kettering Spa is an unassuming hidden gem. Despite my first massage being only 30 minutes, it was surprisingly effective. Jane was an intuitive masseuse and efficiently worked out the knots in my back.
