We have come here a handful of times and every time the staff demands a tip. A tip is given if the service is good enough for it. Not just to give it. It’s very strange and off putting. They literally stop you before leaving to demand one and then if you only give $5 or $10 they say “only $5?!” Like I wanted to give you 0 but you made me feel so awkward that I had to give more. Really bad business.
I was pleasantly surprised! Above my expectations. I normally ask for a massage to focus on my back and people never listen. It felt like CoCo genuinely wanted to help relieve my back pain and succeeded! Will 100% be back
Kettering Spa is awesome. Easy booking, friendly front desk, super clean and calm space. My deep-tissue massage actually fixed my tight shoulders and low back. I slept great afterward. IBoth appointments started on time and never felt rushed. If you want solid service and a relaxing vibe.
