Gross negligence and incompetence. I applied to Kettering College, and the admission team at KC was non responsive to my critical application concerns, to the point that I sent out multiple emails in the span of 4 months trying to reach Samantha Seaman the admission counselor, and received no response. This is disheartening to prospective students because I was very excited and eager to get the application process rolling but I received no support, not even to simply answer my questions regarding my application. Excellent place to study
The people at this school like to lie to you in any and every way that they can to get you to apply and the harass you about transcripts and other things as if you don't have a life with other things to do. Then before they even receive your transcripts they tell you that you need to file for financial aid and they want so much information before you are even told you are in.
