Very disappointed in the customer service provided by the manager. My granddaughter has been saving up to use the penny machines in all the ports. Ketchikan was the 3rd port so she was quite an expert in penny pressing by this point. This machine did not stamp correctly on one of the rounds (she had done 9 at this point on the same machine). Nice stock but horrible customer service, couldn’t pay them to smile even if i tried. The lady talked to me like I was stupid, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you like kind people.

Try to call them several times but they would never answer.I would like to buy a matching coffee cup there.I already purchased one but they won't answer also spend all that money to go to Alaska to buy stuff made in China make sense don't it.
