My father-in-law was admitted for rehab and was to be discharged within a month. Instead he was there for 37 days and died in the facility. Enough said.
A friend was in Keswick Rehab for 10 days. She took steps to get released early due to the horrible care there. The aides were unresponsive when called. When they finally arrived their assistance was rough and oblivious to one's post surgical pain. The attitude among most was to do as little as possible and get out of the room quickly. The nurses on duty were not much better. One actually cursed at my friend when she dropped the medication that was handed to her.
