Went in looking for a random nut to match a missing one for my bike. They found one fast and gave it to me for free! Great service! Probably only a few bucks in cost retail, but this is what good business is all about!! Thanks!
Keswick is a great local bike shop with super friendly staff. They have always been very helpful and easy to work with.
Called in to see if someone could take a look at my bike that had been acting funny when changing gears. Was told to drop by anytime. Stopped by couple hours later. Corey helped take a look at the bike and just went right ahead and fixed it as well as install a kickstand to it. In and out within 30 minutes. Thought I had to leave it to have it fixed but he was knowledgeable and quickly resolved the issue. Highly recommend!
Stopped by Keswick a few times to get my kids' bikes repaired. The service repair team was amazing each and every time I visited, especially Michael. Timely repair, affordable pricing, and they do not rush things even when it gets busy. I appreciate everyone's attention to details and will continue to visit Keswick because of this. Thank you!
