Keswick is a great bike shop. They also host a weekly mountain bike ride to introduce people to riding. I joined the group recently and Will (store manager) was an incredible host and instructor. He showed me the ins and outs of riding and was an extremely welcoming and patient. Thank you Will and Keswick!
Frankie did a fantastic job adjusting my sons brakes on his bike. He was extremely efficient and quick. I was able to bring the bikes in and he fixed them right on the spot. Way to go Frankie thank you so much.
An awesome experience with Michael today for my bike fitting! Being new to cycling it can feel a bit intimidating to understand everything but Michael was extremely thorough in walking me through each part of the fitting process and explaining the why behind each adjustment. It didn’t feel rushed and I could tell that he genuinely cared to help me get comfortable on my bike. Was fixing a child’s bike and the staff was super helpful. Simple act of kindness has made this the only bike shop I will go to . They also have super nice selection of bikes.
