Something seems to have changed at this bike shop. It doesn't seem as user-friendly as it used to be. It appears that they have been expanding or perhaps merged, or perhaps we're taken over. But the dynamic has changed for sure. in addition, I took my bike in for a tuneup, and they made me come in twice, once to look it over, and then again for the actual appointment. Extremely inconvenient. This might be good for the store, but it is terrible for customers. I've taken my business down the street.
