An awesome experience with Michael today for my bike fitting! Being new to cycling it can feel a bit intimidating to understand everything but Michael was extremely thorough in walking me through each part of the fitting process and explaining the why behind each adjustment. It didn’t feel rushed and I could tell that he genuinely cared to help me get comfortable on my bike. Was fixing a child’s bike and the staff was super helpful. Simple act of kindness has made this the only bike shop I will go to . They also have super nice selection of bikes.
They seem great. Really nice to see a mature shop with a large selection and techs who know how to work on modern bikes. I’ll just say… why tell someone that you can put on handlebars and a seat post over the phone, then when the customer arrives, you tell them to bring in the rest of the bike piece by piece, only to then say it’s going to take 2 weeks because I took the wheel off and now it’s a “bike assembly.” I would have been happy to put the wheel and seatpost on myself . I had just bought the bike, so it was all taken ... read more
