I had a great experience and love my home so much! ALEXIS was/is amazing!! She was very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the application process.
This company shouldn't even get a 1 rating!! They sit on applications for over a month. They ask you for everything under the sun to qualify and get you to believe you'll have a place to call home but all they do is lie. Low income households need a place to live just like anyone else. Been paying rent for over 7.5 years and pay rent just fine but under a slumlord and just needed to find a better home for our 3 children two of which are disabled and my husband as well. You have to be a millionaire to live here what a joke!!
They try but would like to see this happen. Pet trash stations like they have at parks or similar, electrical/phone/internet inspections cause it wouldn't pass codes, LARGER TRASH BINS 😂🤣 or get rid of them and have residents get there own, water softeners and filtration systems, pet friendly flooring for those who actually pay pet fees and higher rent, always wondered who pays for electric bill for garages that's for inside and outside, mowing service is great, plow service well getting better but very odd times they come... read more
