Everyone at Kessler west caldwell have been amazing. Rachel and Gay are the absolute best and work so hard in addressing all my problems. I worked with Rachel the most and she is not just a remarkable physical therapist but also compassionate and kind. I am very grateful to Rachel for working with me and giving me great exercises to work on while I am home.
I had a total hip replacement and Rachel my physical therapist is like my heaven on earth. She is incredibly caring, patient, warm, and has such empathy. She is so knowledgeable and helps me through each exercise with such ease. I love my personalized treatment plan that has helped me tremdously. Upon the advice of my at home pt to physically visiting possibilities Kessler was first. The woman at the front desk was curt, unfriendly and rude . She seemed annoyed with all 3 of the questions I asked. Nit once did she try to be nice . Environment was not upbeat or warm . They came recommended by a few people so I left disappointed. However, stopped at Iron up the street . TOTALLY different experience. They did not take my insurance so I went to Sports care in East Hanover and I am so happy . I have had an amazing experience here. Tanya is very helpful in organizing the appointments. Gay has really helped me do better with pelvic floor therapy. I have recommended this center to my friends as well . Good PT is hard to find ( I have been to so many ! )
