I am extremely disappointed with the fact that four months ago I contracted with Kessell's to upholster a headboard and four months later I have still not received the finished product. I have paid, in full, months ago. An attempt was made to deliver the headboard with very poor workmanship and had to be returned. Since then I have been given vague reasons for the lack of completion of the work. I would warn everyone to be very careful in their dealings with this company.

We absolutely love our new sofa and chair! The amazing staff also recovered our antique settee and it is beautiful. So glad to find a local company to source our new furniture from with amazing quality and fabrics of our choosing. Thank you so very much! Nora and Jim.

We are very pleased with the reupholstering of our two love seats. We were shown many fabrics by a very friendly staff. The job was done very quickly and pick up and delivery was again friendly and efficient.

Disappointing - we were excited to get some chairs recovered and had heard great things about Kessels’ work, but sadly our experience did not live up to the reputation. Our first visit, we were continually shown fabrics outside of the scope of what we were asking for, so spent much longer than was necessary in the shop for a preliminary visit.
