My Mom had her will drawn up there and put my stepbrother as the executor of her will. She passed away on 7/3 leaving me her house in Houston, which I live in. I called and left a message regarding the transferring of the house into my name. No one bothered to call me back and when I called over a week later, they wanted me to come in for a 30min consultation and charge me $150. I don’t even live there, but it’s really sad that they can’t even answer a question about the will that they drew up. That’s poor customer service. ... read more
