Very professional company and team. Zach Young has been outstanding in helping us navigate the complicated process of installing a new hood, but the whole team is "sharp as a tack" (popular phrase these days :) ). I’ve always had nothing but good experiences here. I’m a home cook who loves to browse through the store and I always find something I want. The staff have always been helpful and friendly to me, and I love being to able to get things here that I can’t get at any regular retail store and can actually see and touch them as opposed to ordering online.
