Every year, my taxes are never done on time. Here it is, April 14th and they're still NOT done. Although they have 16 full time accountants and raised their fee to $450, they STILL don't get your taxes done! Grrr!
If I could give this company a zero star I would. Number one they typed up a letter for me about my mother's estate this letter was typed on October 31st 2023. Apparently they gave this letter to my brother so that he could mail it to me. My address is on the letterhead. He mailed it the same day that he received the letter. It was postmarked on 22nd of february 2024. That is correct it took 5 months for them to find my brother who lives in Warren. It was about a schedule K1 for the year 2022.
