My buddy and I have been eating at Ken’s Wing house in Fort Myers on and off for the past month and have always enjoyed the food. This past Tuesday (the 6th) we ate there and everything was going fine until I found a hair in my food. I’m guessing it had to come from our waitress as it was about two feet long and jet black like her hair. When I pointed it out to her she said, “Yep, that’s mine. Been there 3 times within 3 was and I have to say they're consistent with service and food. Highly recommend to everyone.
I am from S Fl so I expect awesome wings when I take my family to a "wing house" this is chicken on crack! The medium sauce is sweet??? Service is lacking. We received more words from our server when she dropped the check then the whole time we were there. Definitely 2 thumbs down..
I waited for 15 min. till I call one of the floor managers to express my concern on my waiting time, he barely apologized, send the server, I ordered nachos and is only chips and condiments (no toppings), SO DISAPPOINTED, I hope they improve.
PLENTY OF PARKING, AND A VERY GOOD STEAK SANDWICH, FAST SERVICE
