I have to disagree with some of these other reviews. Kerry has supported me over several years dealing with a difficult co-parent. Her advice has been very sound, she has been extremely knowledgeable, supportive, understanding, and most importantly will tell you where you stand. I am sure there are people out there who do not agree with her assessments, but I find them to be very fair and spot on.
Absolutely do not recommend. Horrible bedside manner, does not reply to emails, does not convey important information to her clients. Missed sending me a settlement offer, did not help with getting child support payments up and running and flat out ignored my emails when requesting information on what I was entitled to when it came to child support. Was curt, rude and slow to reply at all times. Really bad experience with her. There are TONS of family lawyers in Ottawa - best to stay away from this practice as it is clear th... read more

Kerry Fox wasn’t helpful at all. The half hour consultation was a waste of time and money. Kerry didn’t address to my rights, obligation and concerns regarding my matter. She even provided false information. It is a rip off, please reconsider another lawyer if you don’t want to be ripped off and handle your matter effectively. I’m glad, I contacted another lawyer and she has responded to my matter requests effectively and the rights and obligations I have.
