I highly recommend Kerry's hypnotherapy service. After the loss of my Brother and Mum within a year of each other I was struggling with managing my grief. My initial phone call with Kerry made me think that I should give hypnotherapy a try. My first session had such an impact on how I was feeling that I looked forward to my subsequent sessions, and I now feel like I have a brighter focus moving forward. I was referred to Kerry. I found she was great from my initial contact with my inquiries, to arranging booking for Hypno services. She was very helpful and understanding. I would definately recommend her services.

I sought Kerry’s help in June 2017 to kick a smoking habit, that I had very limited success with before falling off the bandwagon. I have to admit I was skeptics as to whether she could help me but had nothing to lose but my nasty expensive habit! I highly recommend everyone look into Kerry’s services. The strategies and resources she has given me have changed my life and the hypnotherapy sessions were also life changing. I quit vaping without any struggle and all my excessive anxiety went away. I am so grateful for Kerry!!!
