Beautiful clinic with good microneedling package! Very easy to book and reschedule appointments
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was 10 minutes late and even offered to reschedule, but the technician, Ariel, insisted it would “only take 5 minutes” and rushed through the session. She was very rough when wiping my forehead, and dismissed my concerns about the treatment on my eyebrow curve and jawline. When I asked about uneven results, she brushed it off as “fat” and immediately tried to upsell me other procedures. The whole experience felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional.
