I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was 10 minutes late and even offered to reschedule, but the technician, Ariel, insisted it would “only take 5 minutes” and rushed through the session. She was very rough when wiping my forehead, and dismissed my concerns about the treatment on my eyebrow curve and jawline. Just finished my three sessions of IPL for acne pigmentation and I’m already seeing great results! Ever handled my last session and was super detailed and caring throughout. I’ve had skincare treatments in Korea before, and she’s definitely one of the most detail-oriented professionals I’ve come across in Vancouver. I’ve booked another laser treatment and feel hopeful that I’ll be in good hands again.
Was a bit upset as I payed 200 dollars or a bit more to get 3 little freakles/dark spots removed and they all grew back. I called and told them they grew back really fast and they told me to come back to fix it only to charge me another 100 dollars to do it again and they still grew back :(
