Shipping is extremely slow. I have ordered items from all over the world, including GUCCI and Valentino in Italy and Dior from France, never this tardy… especially when paying $73 for shipping and close to $100 in Duties and Taxes, I would expect better, speedy service. For the entire week, I have only been receiving advertising emails on a daily basis, instead of shipping/delivery status.
Amazing store! Kerri is great!
Customer Service is just terrible.
