My older three kids have had OT at this clinic regularly over the last few years with Kerri Anne, Jemma, Madi, and we have also had some assessments by Ella. All the therapists we have had dealings with, and reception staff, have been fantastic. I regularly recommend this clinic to others. Our kids currently see Jemma and Madi and they are so lovely and have an amazing connection with the kids.
Ella has been an absolute light for our family. Her support, guidance, and genuine care have made such a difference during a really overwhelming time. Every session with Ella brings more clarity, more understanding of our child, and most importantly—hope. We finally feel like we have a plan and the confidence to be strong advocates for our child. We’re so grateful for everything Ella has done for us.
Messy admin and poor communications. They once have some good therapists but seems they failed to keep them.
As someone who relies on reviews to make an informed decision, I wanted to throw a 5 star in here so that no one is deterred by whomever has given a lower rating. Our OT Ella is amazing. After our initial appointment her summary was spot on so she is clearly very good at what she does, along with being warm, approachable and patient. She has engaged with our son’s kinder very positively and our son loves coming to play with her in the office. Reception staff are incredibly lovely as well.
A truly great practice with excellent therapists and run amazingly well. Highly recommended.
